For the owners of the Chateaus’ Tom MacDonald and Don Engle, Alzheimer’s treatment and care is all about enhancing the daily lives of their residents. And for the past 15 years, experts at ‘Our House’ at The Chateaus have specialized in developing an Alzheimer care facility with a remedial environment proven to qualitatively improve residents’ lives when measured in terms of fewer injuries, less medication required, less sleep disturbances, and less wandering.
