It’s that easy, Senior Living Solutions matches you up with qualified Senior Living and/or Senior Care service provider based on some basic information that you make available to us. Your specific needs are gathered through a brief online survey, which you complete and submit to us. The results from your Needs Assessment are then compared against the provider information in our database. We will identify the providers from our network in your particular geographic area which most closely meet the needs you have identified for us, and forward them the information that you provide to us.
Once you submit your Senior Living and or care Needs Assessment, sit back and let us do the work. Within hours you will receive an e-mail containing information about the providers that meet your specific needs. You can then expect to be contacted directly by these providers, who — based on your Needs Assessment — will be prepared to help you address your eldercare needs. If your particular situation is urgent, you also have the option of contacting these providers directly through the contact information that Senior Living Solutions will provide you.
All of our Senior Living and Senior Care service providers are screened for participation in our program, so you can feel confident knowing that you are being referred only to qualified providers. And unlike many online referral programs, you are under NO OBLIGATION to buy anything, ever.

*Am I obligated to buy anything?
No. Completing a Needs Assessment puts you under no obligation to purchase anything. The decision is entirely up to you as to whether you choose to engage any of our network service or product providers who respond to your request.
How are Senior Living Solutions providers screened?
Each eldercare provider specialty has its own standards of certification within its particular industry. Senior Living Solutions requires all participating providers to represent to Senior Living Solutions that they are legally authorized to provide the services and/or products that they are selling to consumers. Further, each provider is at all times required to meet Senior Living Solutions Provider Participation Standards and abide by Senior Living Solutions Terms of Use.If Senior Living Solutions learns that a Provider has failed to continue to meet or abide by Senior Living Solutions Provider Participation Standards or Terms of Use, the Provider will be disqualified from continued participation in the Senior Living Solutions program.
What if there are no participating providers who meet my needs in my geographic area?
If there are no providers in the Senior Living Solutions network that meet your requirements, we will promptly notify you. You will then have the option of either keeping your information in Senior Living Solutions secure database or instructing us to permanently remove your information from our database. If you opt to have us maintain your information, we will notify you in the event that we expand the network at a later date to include providers that are right for your needs.
What if we’re not satisfied with the service we receive from the provider?
All participating providers are independent and not owned or controlled by Senior Living Solutions. As such, customer satisfaction issues must be addressed with the individual provider or company to ensure you receive the appropriate level of attention and resolution to your issue. Senior Living Solutions requires that participating providers have a published policy regarding customer dispute resolution. If you are unsatisfied with the response from one of our participating providers, let us know. If a provider demonstrates a pattern of unresolved customer satisfaction problems, they can be terminated from participating in the Senior Living Solutions program.
If I don’t pay for this service, who does?
Senior Living Solutions receives its fees from participating providers, allowing us to provide you with a high-quality matching service that is available at no cost to you.
